The Best Things About Office 2013

When Office2013 Professional Download and other editions of the suite of that year were released, a lot of people often thought that the upgrades were relatively minor. While some people wanted even more additions. Even then, Office 2013 – if you give it a try is a wonderful suite that can provide you all of your personal and business needs in keeping things organized.

First, there’s the new spell checker. This is probably the most useful thing in Word. Microsoft Office has always had one in the past – but this time you can catch yourself making mistakes much faster. Far from just making suggestions, the new spell checker also gives you definitions for the options it gives you. You can also click a link if you need to know the word’s pronunciation.

Second, there is a new comments feature that helps you function much better. In previous versions, it was kind of a headache to tell who was making what comment.  Replying to comments so often became confusing. This time, Office 2013 has restructured the feature and this time it is easy to tell who made the comment. The comments, furthermore are arranged in threads and this makes it far more organized than previous versions.

Office 2013 – this time around interfaces with the World Wide Web pretty easily. You can insert pictures and video media into your docs easily. Office 2013 allows you to supplement your presentations with media that rivets attention to your work. This allows you to utilize OneDrive, Bing, YouTube and Facebook so that you can finish your documents in a timely and effective fashion as well.

Fourth, there are new Templates in Office 2013. This time around, as soon as you launch an app, you can see a screen that displays the templates which are available to you. It may be a minor change, but you do not need to go looking for a template if you want to customize it and not stick with the default.

Finally, Office 2013 is mostly consistent with Office 2010. The Ribbon has been available for some time now, but the layout remains mostly the same. Office 2013 has a cleaner, minimalistic look that allows you to focus on your documents rather than on the sides of the screen. Whether or not, this actually helps – aesthetically, 2013 looks much better than its predecessors.

So if you feel that an Office 2013 Professional Download will help you improve your business, go for it and order today!
